False charges and no way to contact

I wrote a reporr some time ago abut this company, I sill have no any results, I wish there was a way to contact these people, but they conceal their where abouts, they let you join there game web site, sign up but we have tried to cancel
on several occasions but they continue to take out money, how can this company be contacted thanks Albert
