Our 13yo girl was enjoying Maple Account and observed a software glitch. The creatures weren't approaching her. She extended to perform the overall game as any child might do. 24 hours later she was barred in the website for coughing! Because Nexon doesn't have printed figures, we posted the issue via their "customer support" software - exactly what a laugh. The reaction we returned stated:
"Be recommended that ongoing to remain online while experiencing a glitch is recognized as applying and bears exactly the same fee just like you were coughing deliberately. Should you become glitched again later on make sure to log-off instantly and restart the body. Don't remain online if you should be glitched."
No-where that people may find is this type of principle mentioned... And precisely what 13yo computer-illiterate woman will understand why.
