I was charged a $99.95 fee for a credit card application I did not submit.
There was no phone number nor an address that my bank could reference.
They stated that the electronic withdrawl was from NMB Platinum CC, and that's it.
I did not apply for this card, but have no way of contacting these people. I did a google search for, 'credit card applications that charg a $99.95 fee' and credit-land.com/indexphp came up. It specifically has in the choice " were you charged $99.95 by NMB Platinum".
I went to this site ony to be further disappointed. Not only was there no contact information for them other than e-mail questions, the site claims they take no money or personal information. So they are not responsible for refunds. They suggest that you contact the institution the application went to.
Since I did not apply for this credit, as I stated before I have no idea who to contact for a refund. Right no I am at a loss for word because nothing like this has ever happened to me. I just want my momey back.
