Pending class action lawsuits information online norwalk nationwide

There is currently a website with information on Trilegiant/Affinion located at www://cleverosity.com.

There are a lot of people still out there who do not even know that they are being "ripped off" by this company yet. I just recently found out about it myself when I was "automatically" entered into Traveler's Advantage and Shopper's Advantage when I reserved a Hotel room with a credit card. The charges were minor ($11.99 each per month) and they were on my statements as TLG*TRVALDV and SHOPPER*TLG so I did not notice it until I questioned an overdraft. I then did research on the names and found out that they were both from Trilegiant.

With all the complaints and lawsuits against this company, It is obvious that they are the largest scam going. They have about 100 alias names and they are stealing $11.99 - $119.99 per month (from how many consumers? Place estimate here). It doesn't take a genius to figure out that they are raking in millions of dollars per month illegally and need to be stopped!

If everyone would carefully check their monthly bank statements, dispute the unauthorized charges, file a complaint with the FTC, BBB and state Attorney Generals, then the company (ies) would have to be investigated, their money line would dry up and they would be forced out of business either by bankruptcy or the law.

Everyone who has been affected by this company needs to band together by speaking out against this company LOUDLY and forcing the public to take notice! Contact everyone you know to tell them about it so that they can check their bank statements, too. Contact your congressmen (and women) the media, your friends, the elderly and whoever else you can think of and SPREAD THE WORD. Once the AG's and media are bombarded by thousands of complaints, people will take notice, it will go public and it will be stopped! Inaction is the fodder that keeps these scams alive.

I have already filed complaints with the FTC, my bank and AG. I have checked online and found current lawsuits pending. All the information on how to do this is at www://cleverosity.com, a site that has gathered information and links on how to stop this scam. Spread the word!
