I ordered tickets from Orbitz last April. On June 29th I was hit with a $10.99 charge from Family Fun. I was hit again on 8/1/07 and 8/28/07 for $10.99 each but this time the company name was Great Fun. None of these charges were authorized by me and after doing some research on the internet and taking to B of A (my Amex card provider), I was able to make this report.

Is this the next MWI? It certainly looks like it, judging from the complaints we receive. TLG — corporate name Trilegiant Inc. — offers "a variety of membership programs to credit card customers." The company's warm and cozy Web site says of TLG, "We touch the lives of 100 million Americans."
Unfortunately, many of those Americans didn't ask to be touched, which has led to all kinds of lawsuits and complaints, including a late settlement that will result in at least $8 million in restitution payments to angry consumers.
TLG is a spin-off of Cendant, a huge direct-marketing/membership venture that does business under such names as
