Took out 31.98 from my bank account, unauthorized, caused nsf fees Internet

On 1/3/08 31.98 was taken from my account. The only information given was www.IDPROSUP.com Autopay 071231 M0106272749. My bank is saying it was an authorized automatic payment. I never authorized such, and have no information on them. I tried going to the website, but nothing comes up
