I have the green dot card and they don't work in the stores. And I can't actually talk to anyone about it. I have tried multiple times to get to a live person but to no avail. How do you do it?
Now the last money pak I loaded is not credited to my usable balance and it's been over 6 hrs. It usually goes through right away.
It's listed as available balance but we all know what that means. Can't get to it.
