Like the other reporters, i placed my order, my account was charged, and i recieved the email to inform me i would be notified when item was shipped. Well, i placed my order on 12/21 and conveniently have not been notified. I, like the other reporters attempted several times to contact the company with no response. I wish i would have checked the "ripoff report" before i so casually placed my order. I hope that you read this before you make a purchase and not when you've been ripped off like we have.
