What cheats these people are!

I was so cheated by this company, they are selling documents that are free of charge. How can anyone do this and get away with it?
I was unaware that these documents are free of charge, untill a friend told me.By then i had already give them 128.00 dollars. They said they would refund 78.00. But still. For a free document!
They need to be shut down. And i am out to do. Just that!
