Paid for a computer and did not recieve it phone disconnected and cannot reach them

I ordered a lap top computer from this company they took weekly drafts from my checking account untill the $3,000.00 was paid
I have not recieved the computer and have not been able to contact the company, their phone has been disconnected.
I want my money back or the computer, can anyone out there help?
