I havent had my computer very long and I still am not very savvy with it, so please forgive my many mistakes. I am in a probate suit and I needed to try and find somone as a witness for the case and someone told me to go online and find a people search company to help. The first one I found could only serve to completely confuse me. So I found netdetective through trial and error well I subscribed and tried to find a couple of people and got no results. I figured I was doing something wrong so I tried to get customer support hah! That was a joke there is no customer support to help at all all I could find was a phone# and they never answered and when I finaly got to a human she was super rude almost telling me "sorry but I don't know how to help and I really don't care " so I said I want a refund i want this to come off of my C.C. She told me "well you have to either write our address or fax a letter and give a "good" reason for a refund and "if you get a refund it will be at least 8-10 weeks" needless to say I was miffed.
