Trying to debit funds from me, never loaned me money

I just recieved an email today (12/21/07) stasting that my statement was available online. When I clicked on it, it says that I have a 60.00 payment due on January 4 and I have not recieved a loan from them. When I replied to them stating the, the email was returned that it was not a known email address.
