I signed up for blockbuster mail and as i ended there was instant messenger that pop'd up on my computer of some woman asking me to sign up for a seven day trial for a dollar. I told her no initially but she kept persistantly saying i can cancel anytime. So I signed up for a dollar for a free trial and three days later i got charged $135.90 for a ninety day supply of Ultima Smile.
When i called they gave me a return code and said that i would only be able t oget $85 back because they had to destroy the product even though the only way to get a refund was to return it un-opened. This all took place in June.
I returned the product in July and have not received my credit back of $102 because i refused the payment for destruction. I called for about the twentieth time today and they are saying that a manager has sent the message to Ultima Smile because apperently the number that's on my statement is for a new compaany that no longer handles customer service for Ulyima Smile anymore. SCAM! I say again SCAM! These guys are slick crooks who will be caught!
