STOLE Money from my checking acct

I saw a charge on my online bank statement

12/18 PDSSUP.com Autopay ACH Ent -$6.78

When I went to the website as shown by the bank it asked for all kinds of login information that I did not have an was never provided with

I tried to do the online chat and they just told me to log in and that they would not refund the charge unless I filed a police report for identity theft and sent it to them.
