WLI - Web Loyalty Another Discount Membership Internet Fraud Program

Noticed WLI*ReservationRewards.com on credit card.
It's the same scenario as I reported regarding Orbitz (TLG. GreatFun). This company has been stealing $10 for seven months from my credit card account.in one day, I recouped over $130 from these thieves.
When I called credit card to report I was told "we see these names over and over again" email FTC. Gov/consumer fraud to report. This is from the credit card company.
