I wish I would have looked into this company and knew about complaint sooner. Reading other companie's reports that have been ripped off by Origin 3 is like seeing the last three months of my life flash by me. I contracted in good faith with them for a website for our non-profit that was supposed to be completed within 6-8 weeks. My first hint something was wrong was the "custom" site they were going to build for me ($6800 approx) was being designed with templates that I showed them from Web.com. I put together a web.com site so I could help guide them through the design process. Then it was typical of everyone else's experience. No return emails or phone calls until I started leaving nasty messages, a bunch of promises that were not kept and of course they billed me and charged my credit card for the entire project in about the first 35 days. It's now three months later and it's not complete. I've emailed them to stop the project and contacted by credit card provider to dispute the charges (my only leverage). This is one sad company.
