The owner/admin/webmaster of http://nocturnalemail.com / & http://www.redneckptc.com / requested my services to create some graphic designs (mainly banners) for his websites. He paid for the first couple I created but then when he wanted more he offered free advertising on his websites as payment for the next two banners. Before the advertising had finished its required views it was deleted and now he refuses to put the advertising back or pay for the work that was done for his sites. He is still using the banners and refuses to stop using them also. This owner of these two websites has scammed me.
