Having been suckered by Free Lotto's fraudulent adverting practice about a month ago, since then I have searched the web for anyone else taking action - it would appear there's not a lawyer with big enough balls to take them on - sadly I came across hundreds of victims! (if you're that special lawyer out there who wants to make a big name for yourself I have every screen grab and email - this evil company is preying on people and from what I've read I'm sure I'm not the only one who's saved the correspondence)
During my research I came across information about 'PAY PER CLICK' advertising - did you know that companies, such as Free Lotto, have to pay EVERY TIME SOMEONE CLICKS on their ads/banners!
I discovered this while reading about an unrelated and legitimate company in Phoenix that had to pay enormous advertising bills because one of his competitors figured this out and kept clicking his banners - he noticed when his advertising bill went up exorbitantly... But his sales did not!!!
Wanna get back at them? Every time they pop up and tell you you're a winner (fraudulent advertising to get you to sign up) Click on their banners, but don't follow thru - get these evil fraudsters off our web.
