Has repeatedly fraudulently charged my credit card for a service I do not have, I consider this indentity theft

I bought and used Incredimal Junk Filter Plus for one year. I did not renew my subscription but found my credit card had been auto charged.incredimail and my credicard were both notified that I did not want this service, that I was opting out and I wanted a refund. After haggling a bit this was accomplished. Surprise, a year later I again find a $39 charge on my credit card. Once again I have played the game of notifying Incredimail and my credit card co. And once again charges were removed, but this time there was a nasty little twist to the game.incrediamail instantly rebilled my credit card and now will not respond to my e-mails. I have told my credit card co. That I will have to close my account with them as soon as (if) we get this cleared up as I am sure this is not the end of Incredimails identity theft and fraud to my account.
