I received 2 charges to my cc account on 11/27/07 and 11/29/07.

They appeared as follows: Check Card Purchase on 11/24 under PROLAST, with the phone number, 18009341875 for the amount of $2.87.

The second was a Check Card Purchase on 11/27 under MAZUMA for the amount of $39.95 with the same phone number as the other charge, 18009341875.
