Bought a computer on layaway, when it was shipped it was NOT as advertised. Programs missing, monitor 3" maller mb-not as advertised

I bought a computer by lay-a-way from sweepstakes clearinghouse. After setting it up I discovered that instead of 128 MB there were only 128 MB.

The computer programs that were advertised that were included were not in fact the only one that was sent was the fax disk.

I looked on the programs and the other nine were NOT anywhere to be seen.

After seeing this I measured the monitor and instead of being a viewable13.7" it was only 10" wow was i in shock. I don't reaslly want to make a fuss but I do want what paid for. Let the buyer beware.
