I attempted to send back the item and they refused to let me and i was charged for it Nevada

Where i ordered the free trial period of this item it did not give me the information about not being able to send back the item if i was not happy and i did not release that i was being shipped this item or being billed for this i was used and i know alot of other people who are being used also and this is not right to others thank you
