Sold me a crappy loud n slow computer; mouse n keyboard dont work, monitor's fan never shut off, and i also got hooked up w/a cheap printer that only uses high $ nonrefillable ink cartridges. (guess i shouldn't have told them i was a 1st time owner/user/buyer.)
then they tell me b/c there out of stock; that I'll have to wait 7 days to pick it up, they didn't tell me however that i only had 14 days to return it, from the day i bought it not from the day i picked it up!
Then the geek squad did something to it so I'd take it back in to them. I tried to call get help over the (phone) ha-ha on my part i spent a couple hundred hours trying to get through no answer.
When i did get through; they played stupid w / me an wanted me to bring it to them again for the 2nd time, (i was 7 months pregnant mind you). The man in front of me was also upset w his computer; he told me, they were fixing his and have had it for over 7 months now.
So i took mine and left. The geek squad said for an extra $200 they'd come to me. So again i tried to call, no answer, now it's been 15days I'm stuck w / this computer. Geek squad never called me back an never answered there phone.
Until i threatened them w / the news people. They called back 1 time, said they'd put me on there schedule. I haven't heard from them since that phone call.
Did i add that the day i purchused my computer i also got a credit card through best buy, i cant even afford the interest on. This is why i had no computer in the first place, b/c of sales people like there's.
