There is a severe problem with the consultant Walter Kwami. The following is a list of issues and problems that I have investigated to be disturbingly accurate. Also the treatment of employees which I have seen and heard him lye about and insult there integrity and character. I witnessed it being reported to management and nothing was done about the problems. There is a severe prejudice and Racism that the individual has.
1. Able to abuse his Authority and position.
2. Reports times that was not worked and work that was not done.
3. Work not being done in a timely fashion or correctly.
4. Using the company for his on personal business and other non work related activities like watching movies, Internet use and also downloading applications not related to the companies function or work load.
5. Leaves early comes in late and taking over two hour lunches and breaks.
