I played on the site for several weeks. I switched internet servers during this time period. When I tried to change my e-mail address, it came up with an error message. I contacted Net Winners and they replied that they were aware of the problem and were working on it. I continued to play and won $25. When I tried to collect, you had to enter your e-mail address and it asked if it was correct. If you answered no, it said to enter your new address. When I tried, I got the same error message.
I contacted Net Winners again and they replied that they were aware of the problem and were working on it. It has been some time since I won and I have heard nothing from them. I contacted them again and they said that there was nothing they could do. I would have to change my e-mail before I could collect but you still get an error message when you try. They said maybe I should open a new account, which would mean that I lose my money and I played on the site for nothing. If they are aware of the problem, shouldn't it have been fixed?
They are ripping players off.
