I ordered and paid for both mine and my daughters costume on October 19th I recieved my package on th North Carolina

Hello, I want to report www.mooncostumes.com for having EXTREMELY horrible customer service.

On their website it states that they are always checking their website to make sure that everything they have is in-stock.

I thought to myself alright, this is great! A family owned business that keeps tabs on itself.

In my city this year halloween is being celebrated on the Sunday before Halloween. 3 days from now!

So I paid extra to have it here before then.

Then came a suprising blow. My costume came but NOT my daughters.

They never mentioned this to me, and it showed up on the shipping order. But it was crossed out.

I was livid. I called their customer service number several times and also during normal business hours. However, I got no response.

So I emailed them. Below is their responses.

I was shocked and utterly appalled by their business eticate.

They have great costumes, but terrible business manners.%Below is the email that they replied to me.*All personal information has been omitted*%

OK, the new order for the express of the other costume is 330505

It was not sent out because the person who put stuff in the boxcouldn't find it. But we have it,
