"Stole money"

Reporting Fraud -
Ordered 2 bags from handbag outpost on August 29th. Item was shipped out then returned back to the sender for Unknown reasons according to FEDEX tracking number. While we tried to contact them by phone, it kept saying it was out of our calling area. We tried to fax them too, and it ended up being sent to an IRS agent in California. The only way we can contact them is through e-mail. Both of their phone numbers are unreachable seems that they are basically trying to avoid communication altogether.

I ordered a Prada and Balanciaga Handbag. Total was $1813.59.
When the order was finally sent again, we opened the box directly at the Fedex Depot - We don't trust all online stores so we just opened the box in the Fedex Depot, where we then shipped back the bags immediately.

The Prada bag wasn't even the one I purchased. The Balenciaga looked like it was made in a sweatshop particularly - The inside stamp of the bag was plastic - Not Metal like all other Balenciaga handbags. This was an obvious note that this bag was a fake, either the that the bag looked pretty distinctive that it could have been a real designer handbag.

With many many e-mails sent to Nancy, The owner of the company of Handbag outpost / Morebags inc. We tried to get our refund back onto our credit card. They used excuses "we can't put it back on your credit card because our accountants will not allow it." So Nancy sent us a Bank of America certified check. We put the money back on the credit card but turned out to be less then what we paid for the bags because of the exchange rate of the Canadian dollar.

We thought that we finally had everything settled even though, we did lose money in the transaction. Three weeks go by and the Check is NSF - They commited Fraud - Our credit card company is trying to do the best they can to get our money back. We're waiting for the NSF check in the mail so the credit card company can take legal action.

Nancy has not been responding to any of our e-mails we've sent. They have commited Fraud. This needs to be known to the internet community. So for your safety and your hard earned dollars. Please consider this before purchasing anything off the internet from a legitimate *looking* website - Make sure you establish contact with them through phone before hand. We have lost $1813.59 because of this. We are still working on it to get our money back.
