I purchased a Yves Saint Laurent handbag for $599.40 on March 5 and have yet to receive the handbag or order status.
I tried calling the company numerous times on different dates and no one answers the phone. The same song plays on repeat while you are on hold and then you are sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and no one has yet to return my phone call.
I emailed the company and have yet to get a response about my order.
I tried going on to their website again today and its down! They took my money and ran!
My card was charged for the full amount and I called my credit card company to file this fraudulent transaction. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
