I too was fraudulently charged $68.33 to my Amex on 09/10. My online statement did not list a phone number for this company so I had no idea who they were until I found this website.
My transaction description seems different than the others. Mine states "ENTRTAINMNT PUBLICTNTROY MI COMPUTER NETWORK/INFO" and the MERCHANT TYPE is listed as "INTRNT NEWS MAG PRNT" on my online statement.
I simply called American Express and the representative told me that the company is doing business as "Internet Subscriptions" however this information did not display on my online account. I disputed the charge, cancelled the card with this charge on it and requested a replacement card. I also informed the representive of this site and this company as well as emailed them the link.
American Express instructed me NOT to pay the charge as they will dispute it. We will take action once/if the merchant replies.
