Company took my money and filled my head with nonsense about upgrades delaying my computer. All emails saved from one of their "reps". Like all their phone is disconnected and site is down. Communication from them ended a while ago after direct emails stating my intentions were sent repeatedly. If anyone has any information on contacting the attorney general in Virginia or what I need to do to make sure I get my money in full returned... Please contact me.
