I signed up to get a computer from Financing Alternatives. All my payments came directly from my bank account. The first delay in shipment, I was given a $250.00 credit, which I took advantage of.
I upgraded my system. Everytime I called, I was told that there was a delay in shipment and I was given a new date.
After a few months of getting no where, the call center stopped accepting calls. Then the website said it was under construction. I have not been able to speak or email a representative.
My calls are disconnected and my emails sent back to me. I am eager to get this matter settled as this computer was to help my daughter with school and me with work.
