I published a refund and submitted a refund within 5 times of getting 20" iMac from MacMall. I simply acquired a notice declaring 'the info supplied to us by you about the "Refund Type" didn't complement any refund campaigns within our program that you simply might be eligible for'... Likely to the macmall website its clear they provide a $75 refund for that iMac I purchase until September 30th. Obviously they've A - 20 time screen after CARGO to get a refund. The notice they wrote me was produced August 29th and that I was in my own mail today September 17th... A great 3 months later.
I can't cope with for their refund customer support whatsoever... They never collection and abandon you on-hold forever...
