Blue Star Direct debited $60 from my checking account without authorization. I have demanded a refund and am told by their employees that a check was cut and mailed to me. A month later, still no check. Re-contacted their customer service reps who said the check must have been lost, but guess what, they are cutting a new one. RIP OFF! Fraudulent action is going to be taken if a refund is not received by Friday Sept. 14th 2007.
