Due to a family emergency, I needed to apply for a "pay-day" advance. While applying whit a totallu different company, no affiliation to Blue Star Direct, personal information was required personal infomation. Blue Star Direct, took this information and submitted a charge against my banking account. Only because I needed to check my bank balance did I find out about these charges. When I called their representative said I have applied on a site for their lenders; yet, Blue Star was nowhere on this site, nor in the policy & terms. Blue Star's representative did not credit back my account.
