Com, Smartemarket unaoutirize charge to credit card

I was charged on 8/31 4.95 from smartmarket.com
I never hear of them until I saw my ban balance. Immediately I called them, no answer, I searched on internet, and there dozens of the same case. I don't know how the are still doing it, I saw reports since January 1st 2007.

I ask my bank what can I do. They told me to report to BBB but looks like no body has done nothing. I'm so pi*ed off, Imagine all the people getting rip-off, people that doesn't see a 4.95 as a scam on their balances.

There should be a way to prevent this after so many unauthorized charges to block that business.

Should I calcel my credit card?
