I made a mistake and purchased 200 dollars worth of roses from merrygro.com. After they all died a few months later, I contacted merrygro. This was over a year ago and I have never received a response.
I have emailed them several more times and still nothing. They have an online forum on their website so you can ask questions about their products or whatever. I have been blocked from using it.
They are ignoring me as if it doesn't matter to them if they ripped someone off or not. So please anyone thinking about purchasing plants from merrygro.com, DON'T!!!
