Reports are generated and reviewed on a daily basis to insure that our clients are getting the results that they were promised.
With any new technological product there are going to be problems from time to time. Our CEO and founder has gathered a great team of experts to minimize inconvenience to our consumers. Every effort is made to insure satisfaction. If the problem can't be resolved, a refund is authorized and processed through our fulfillment center.
So far the majority of refunds have been processed for people who shouldn't have ordered the product in the first place because they didn't have broadband access. I was unable to find a specific order for the complaint filed by Cahonenc. If Cahonenc would contact me with specific details, I will do all I can personally to insure their satisfaction.
