Fast svc no way to contack compay to cancled or stop $9.95 a month is taking out bank accout monthly ripoff

I have been play free lotto for over a year and finally decide i wanted to quite because i was paying more than i was winnging $1.00 every three month or so. I wanted to contact them to stop payment and there was no telephone number for contact on my bank statement. Only thing i have is a $1.00 check payable on this bank in Clara City, MN.
