Yes, im Pissed! In the beginning of july i ordered all 10 seasons of beverly hills 90210 from tvaddicts. Tv. They sent me ONE email out of 4 that they promised on their website. The email contained my shipping info and my order #. They took $167 out of my account immediatly after ordering. I waited and waited and no dvds. So of course i get upset and call... The first time i call of course im on hold for 20 min. They tell me its on the truck and ready to ship and itll be here in 7 business days. Nothing. I call again and now it rings and rings and says there is no one there. I try this several times a day. I go on there website and talk to these moron people via livechat. I demanded a refund, they tried to avoid my demands so i told them i would have my lawyer contact them. They refunded my money.
As soon as my refund goes through, i look for another website to order the box set off of. I find dvdcollections. Tv they looked promising and secure. I ordered it the 29th of july. They immediatly sent me an email giving exact dates of processing and shipping and promises of emails through each step. The websites processing information goes though Mercaway. That was the only email i recieved from them. The boxset was to be on my front step in 14 days at the latest... Bs. When i realized it wasnt comming i went onto their website. THERE WAS NO WEBSITE ANYMORE! So i emailed them AND mercaway telling them how very mad i was and how i AM GETTING a refund immediatly. Surprisingly today they sent me some bs email saying they had a violent attack on their website and mercaway will give me PARTIAL CREDIT?! I dont think so. I contacted mercaway and im waiting on an email from them. The violent attack email seemed legit but IT IS NOT. I realized these websites are the SAME COMPANY just different addresses.
