Fraudulant practice of promising Free iphones or Xboxes

I heard a radio commercial on a prominant station in Seattle, stating that you could receive a free gift of an iphone for accepting 10 offers from the website's advertisers. I signed up "myiphonedeal.com". This site is run by a company named Freezone and I made purchases from companies such as Blockbuster Online, Experian and Vista Prints. I gave my personal information and email address to several companies who offered to send email offers or surveys, such as Inboxdollars.com, Paidsurveys.com and Mypoints.com.

Supposedly, if I tried 10 of the offers from advertisers on the site, I would receive a free gift of an iphone. I completed all requirements on the Freezone site, and received a "Congratulations" message stating this. The next day, I signed into the "Status of My Free Gift" screen, which stated, "Sorry, you did not complete the requiremnts."

I went through the steps for a second time, signed up for 10 more offers and again, receive the "Congratulations" screen. The next day I checked the status screen and for a second time, received the "Sorry" screen.in an effort to determine what the problem was, I clicked a button labeled "Speak to a Live Person Online", to which I got a message that no one was available, but that I would be contacted within two days. The response was labeled Ticket# LTK9202789066X.

Two days later, I received an email stating that I had not signed up for an iphone, but that I have signed up for an Xbox, which is impossible since I signed into "myiphonedeal.com". The Representative also stated that he/she was also unable to view my gift status and would foward my request to the "Technical Department." I never heard back.

I have sent three emails since then, each one was responded to by an email that said I would be contacted in two days, but no one has ever responded. Since signing up for that offer, I have been bombarded with hundreds of emails, not only from the companies I was interested in, but also from companies whose offers I did not accept, and have had to unsubscribe. I have been ripped off of money, time and information under false pretenses.
