After Discovering that over $2700.00 was stolen from my account over a several month period, I called the Fraud hotline. They cancelled the card immediately and said they would send me a new one. They also told me that they would be able to provide me with provisional credit pending the Fraud investigation. After calling their Fraud hotline 3 days later after not hearing anything from the fraud dept, they lady on the phone questioned my integrity and said they could not prove that it was fraud. So I am out of $2700.00.
I would highly reccomend that no one uses Wells Fargo. They have lost me forever.
