Passporttofun.com fraudulently charged my bank debit card $ 14.95 for several months. When I called them to inquirer about these charges I got transfered around in their voice mail and was ultimately disconnected. This happened several times.
I went to my bank and it was time consuming and difficult to have them investigate and remove these charges. They told me that only the past 90 days of charges could be removed. I disputed this and am in the process of filing a complaint with the state banking regulatory authority.
I expect to recoup at least part of these false charges and want to see companies that rip us off to be shut down and criminal charges brought against the purpertrators.
Please, if you have been victimized by this company write a report on this site and contact your banks and encourage them to discontinue allowing firms like this to do business with them. Also consider filing charges with your local District Attorny, Fraud Department. We can stop being victims but must take the actions to do so.
