I found a charge for $29.99 (pending transaction) to my debit card on 7/17/07. I did not make this charge. I notified my banking institution and they cancelled my card. I had to wait until the amount posted at which time I filed a Regulation E disputing this fraud to my account which I never made.
I am requesting monies returned to my account. I had to undergo pain and suffering with time lost from work to reconcile and update several auto-pay accounts.
I wish to have this internet firm or whomever is transacting these types of items brought to theft charges and repay all monies and time lost to myself and others involved.
