Most people do not understand or read these lengthy legal documents - and therby do not realize they are opting in for a membership at $39.95 per month - the offeror knows this and did it this way to "shadow" its real offer. When you find the charge on your bank statement, go to your bank branch and dispute it (if that is your intent); then call the company at 1-866-407-1021 and cancel, asking for a credit of the denied charge. You'll be talking to someone in India, Srilanka, or on Mars; but "git-er-done!" I did so and they claimed they would refund the charge and I could keep the disc.
