I thought I was using the web site stamps.com to order stamps from the Post Office. There was no mention in the sign up process that there was a monthly fee of $15.99 whether you ordered any products or not.
When I called to cancel the membership they said there is a fee of $15.99 to cancel the account. It should be mentioned in the area where you put your credit card information that a monthly fee is charged.
This is obviously a bad company to even think of doing business with.
