I purchased supposley the new v2premier computer system after receiving it the video card needed to be replace which took weeks of calls. At first was told that it was able to be returned tthen recieved a letter stating that it was to late and to contact the company and they would do what ever to make me satisfied which didn't happen tried calling shop nbc and never can get throw.
Had a technician come out and replace part and then the driver for the internet is out dated and cannot connect, over $2000 for something that has been nothing but problems
