I have tried for several months to cancel my internet service with people pc. I have called dozens of times to call and cancel my service and was told by a machine that due to the high volume of calls that I would have to call back later.
I switched tactics and was put through by saying I wanted to order new service. I told the lady that I wanted to cancel my service since I no longer had a computer She offered me three months of free service. I told her again that I no longer have a computer. She said that she would then cancel and when I got a computer to call and let them know and they would reinstate my service. This was last year in January. I am still being billing for a service that I can not use!
I am at my wits end. My account at the bank has been overdrafted several times since I didnt figure into my budget the peoplepc charges.
