The e-mails I sent to just about everyone that might be able to asisst me in getting my $1250 back from these crooks. It has to stop! They have sent me UNSOLICITED e-mails repeatedly, which I have I have NO idea how they obtained my E-mail address. Probably from "another" on-line casino, which is wrong and Had I NOT recieved these e-mails that I admit enticed me to register at the site, (what a mistake) and LOSE the $1250 in a matter of HOURS! I believe the software they use from VEGAS TECHNOLOGY, in NEVADA? Is CORRUPT and programmed for the house.

I ONLY learned this after reading several articles at reputable Player Forums and Watchdog sites that essentially expose this unethical business practice by many on-line casinos that is now more prevalent than ever after U.S. Congress passed the anti-gaming bill.

Thus, players are at the mercy of the few casinos still accepting american players, mostly who cheat, there are numerous complaints against both this casino and it's affiliate casinos, as well as, the games software provider that also has MANY complaints about cheating. And how convenient that just "one" older article I saw, that depicts these events and FAILS to mention the owners or spokeman for the company nor physical address, I wonder why?

I am filing SEVERAL COMPLAINTS against your publicly traded company and your software provider ODDS' ON! I want my money returned to me for because of your malfunctioning software and being dropped from the server consecutive times while "playing"! I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING Virtual Exchange your apparent payment processor!

I want MY $1250 back that I strongly feel YOU and your casino EXTORTED from me! I've played on-line for 8 years and NEVER once HAD an issue, NOW that U.S. Congress has passed the anti-gaming law last year, players are at the MERCY of finding a "legitimate casino" to play at, other than the infamous blacklisted RTG gaming sites, and that law leaves us very few choices and as a result the odds of stumbling onto a CHEATING casino is MUCH greater and Golden Casino is one of them, which I didn't learn until I read NUMEROUS derogative reports about both golden casino and it's affiliate casinos.

I will NOT let up UNTIL I am reimbursed for "malfunctioning software" while I played among the other reasons I mentioned! I demand my losses back of$1250!! I will bring in New York News Media if necessary to assist me, as well as, ANY and ALL other agencies that I have began the complaint process with.

If I don't get my money back, you can rest assure my continuous complaints and tenacious nature will have, at the very least, Blacklisted your casino, which is enough satisfaction, in the event you are NOT willing to return my MONEY!

Hello, is there anything i can do about a fraudulent gamming site that has definitely extorted money from me? I have filed complaints with the new york area news networks, numerous government officials in both united states and netherlands antilles, curacao, panama city? Where the crooked operation is supposedly located and they claimed they are licensed by a gaming commission? Who? Whom i contacted and they told me they are not yet they claim to be on their website.

Of course, i went there at my own risks but they still extorted and cheated me out of exactly $1250 i know i probably am out the money as par for the course but something should be done about this odd"s on gaming site, among others as well, that have documented complaints against them, as well as their sister sites, at the player forums and various legit watchdog sites. Unfortunately, i learned this after they took my money, that they are crooked and not legal and also are laundering, as they have processed the $1250 in western union payments i deposited.

Also, according to the site, virtual exchange is processing their U.S. Credit card transactions but i foolishly deposited $1250 through western union, a devastating loss for me! In all honesty. I called the toll free number to dispute the $1250 i deposit and lost at the same casino, and got no help or manager! They are definitely a scam outfit.

Can someone please help me shut them down, if i can't get my money back, even with proof that they are crooked? I appreciate your advice. I will send all e-mails and documentation that supports my claim to whatever agency can help nab these crooks and put them out of business. The owners of golden casino are apparently unknown and choose to remain anonymous, at least from the website.

To Whom It May Concern,

Mr. S* has contacted me for assistance regarding the international on-line casino Golden Casino. I read the complaint and he has demanded his Losses, that he feels were extorted from him, be refunded to him immediately. I have advised him as a news team we do not "generally" get involved with these kinds of disputes unless gross financial harm came to an individual, as he believes occurred with him. I suggested he contact a list of agencies both domestically and internationally that I provided him with as a 1st step recourse in obtaining his money back. I hope this can be worked out between Golden Casino and Mr. S*.
