I caught the supervisor (dana) of customer support for betzip.com lying to me and when i called her on it. Her reaction was to ban me from asking customer support or herself for any help until i apologized to her cause she lied to me. Now she has shut my chat off permanently and ignored my every effort to resolve this matter. Now i pay for this service and i have asked for my money back cause i'm paying for a service i'm not getting. They have put me at a disadvantage when it comes to an online poker game and i feel this is not fair to me.
