My story is quite simple. I like to play online poker! I found playersonly.com as a good site to play at. I've had some luck on the site and ended up trying to withdrawal $600.00 dollars. Not a huge sum of money for a casino/poker site but, it is a lot to me.
The problem comes in when I tried to withdrawal my money initially started on July 7th. After waiting weeks I finally contacted the company. They told me that they didn't have my tax information and therefore couldn't process the check... Fair enough but, NOBODY contacted me about this. So I filled out my information and was promised that the check would ship out in 3-4 weeks... This was in august.
A month goes by and still nothing so, I contacted the "live help chat" which aren't really helpful in any regard. They keep saying we are behind, we are behind. So after several frustrating chat transcripts... I called the customer support line. They gave me promises of "COMPING" my account... Now any savvy gambler knows that a COMP is a bonus of some type or another... There "COMP" to me was cancelling my check and putting my funds back into my account!
Now that being rude and unfair... The next chapter of the saga is that I went ahead and tried to withdrawal again... This time on 8-23. Guess what people? I still don't have my check and its Oct 9th. After contacting the company for the 10th time I believe... They tell me that it's being processed but, still hasn't been sent out for a tracking number!
So, again I'm probably looking at another 2-3 weeks even though 3 weeks ago I was promised a check in hand by, brace yourselves, 3 weeks!
I'm putting this out here to let people know... STAY AWAY from playersonly poker. They are really quick to take your money but, apparently have a very difficult time on awarding winnings. When I get my check I'll post again and let you know how long you can expect to be screwed over by this very dirty poker site!
I'd recommend looking elsewhere for online poker action because playersonly is WAY below the standard in online poker.
